Digital Solutions Hackathon 2.0 (UNICEF × Women in Tech Maldives)

Pitch deck for Mihiree, our entry on the Mental Health track at the Digital Solutions Hackathon 2.0 by UNICEF × Women in Tech Maldives, where we placed second. The deck reframes mental health from a binary of well or unwell into a spectrum, then introduces Maniku, a young person from Kaafu Atoll whose declining wellness has pulled him out of school and into long term unemployment, a quiet pattern we kept hearing across our empathetic interviews. Mihiree is the response: a soft, low pressure companion that helps young Maldivians connect with peers, reach trusted support, and let their thoughts out through mood tracking and journaling, so months later they can scroll back and see how far they have actually come.
